The Supreme Court Punts On Affirmative Action, But Business Leaders Need To Go For It

The Supreme Court has decided to put off, for now, a definitive ruling on affirmative action. At issue was a challenge to a race-conscious admissions plan at the University of Texas. But in sending the issue back to the lower courts today, the justices offered a comment that leaders of organizations need to think about, if they want to nurture a robust culture of ideas and innovation.
